After conducting an operational study on the common dynamics of two nature parks, one Belgian and one French, the partners will put in place a new technical and management organisation. The goal is to analysethe feasibility of cross-border cooperation between the Parc naturel régional Scarpe-Escaut (F) and the Parc naturel des Plaines de lEscaut (B).
