The projects overall goal was to reduce unemployment and to increase the life qualityof the population by developing the regional economy, tourism and education.Setting up the Tourist information centre of Novohrad with an appropriate marketingstrategy (best practice method) together with the reconstruction and promotion of thecastle area fulfilled the planned goal to attract as many tourists as possible and createdan atmosphere of increased interest for this region.
