The dropout affects 22.7% of young people in Spain, 18-24, nearly double the European average, data from the first half of 2014 (IEE), Eurostat stands at 11%, Spain doubles the EU average. The latest data confirm that 2014 was the year of tourism in our country. The arrival of about 65 million tourists (+ 7.1% in 2013) has generated 49,000 million euros in foreign exchange. According to data collected by the Alliance for Tourism Excellence, Exceltur, tourism has generated 53,213 new jobs encouraging other sectors such as trade or construction. The tourism GDP increased 2.9% over the previous year, or twice for the whole of the Spanish economy. The Spanish tourism has strengthened its capacity for large locomotive economy. The Spanish Association of Tourism Professionals (HETP) advocates incorporating more modern and innovative materials and subjects, teachers who are both professional time in active and promoting entrepreneurship and contact with the company throughout the learning process for adapt training systems to labor market requirements of the tourism sector. Project objective: To provide the opportunity for 80 students of Spanish institutes the opportunity to develop the FCT in a country of Erasmus + program and get the title of technician family of hospitality and tourism under the standards of the autonomous community of origin. Participants will have to possess the title of compulsory education achieved, and they have to be passed all the theoretical modules of the training cycle tourism and hospitality and only lack the FCT. Mobility will last 90 days. They can access practice students who have approved all theoretical modules of your professional profile and only have pending perform the FCT. Sectors: administration, food and dining, catering, bar, patisserie and bakery, travel agencies, marketing, reception, golf courses, SPA. Project Duration: 24 months, from 1/06/2015-31/05/2017 The project aims to: - provide participants with the opportunity to train abroad; - to the training systems the opportunity to become more attractive for dropout prevention and to respond to labor market requirements by training qualified personnel in order to develop useful skills for the communities involved, as exchange of best practices, starting up a business, work or study education in the tourism sector; - to the project partners the opportunity to create a bridge between education and training and the world of work; while meeting their needs for internationalization. Monitoring is done through questionnaires, prepared according to the SWOT analysis, in order to measure the quality of practice, project and suggestions. Some sending organizations have expressed the need to monitor their students during practice abroad, for this reason it has found necessary to forecast an accompanying person, the FCT tutor or other person belonging to partner organizations or to CCIS. The evaluator will travel along the development of mobility, to assess practices and have a follow-up from participants. Partner organizations have decided to establish some indicators to measure the objectives achieved and the impact of the project: 75% of participant satisfaction about mobility will be measured through questionnaires, once participants have completed mobility. 75% satisfaction rate of the host organizations; will be measured by a questionnaire once mobility will be finished. 75% satisfaction rate on the project; will be measured by a questionnaire to all project partners, at month 24, during the final evaluation. Mobility: The practices will be held for 90 days in Portugal: Lisbon, intermediary organization CCIP, 20 mobilities, 10 per year, Italy: 42 mobilities, intermediary organizations: Kara Bobowski, INPROGRESS, CSCS 21 per year, Greece: Crete, intermediary organization: ELI 14 mobilities, 7 per year, Bulgaria: Sandanski, intermediary organization: EUNI, 4 mobilities, 2 per year. Hospitality Center Mediterraneo: 24, 12 per year; Hospitality Zayas and Sotomayar: 10, 5 per year, Heineken hospitality center: 20, 10 per year, Fuenllana: 4, 2 per year, Simone Ortega: 2, 1 per year, Alcalá de Henares: 2, 1 per year, Principato of Asturias: 18, 9 per year.
