Overall objective: Set up of the International information center (IIC) Carpathian horizons. Expected Results: The institution will promote a common information space at the border regions of Hungary, Slovakia, Romania and Ukraine in the Carpathian region by way of carrying out the following functions: Identify genealogical kinship of historical, economic, cultural, mental, religious roots of the population living in the Carpathian region; Coordinate information activities of transborder cooperation subjects of the Carpathian region; Ensure continuous and systematic exchange of information from different spheres of population life, regardless of the source of its origin.
