The aim of the Together in the new future project is on one hand to help the social integration of children and youngsters with social difficulties and/or belonging to the Romani ethnic group, and also to ease their adaptation, and to support them in creating a proper future image. With the help of international volunteers from neighbouring countries, we are inclined to help them implement such attitudes and competencies in their mind and personality with which they are able to achieve the above-mentioned aims. On the other hand it is important for the NON-Romani and children WITHOUT social difficulties to understand during working together that the members of our society need to live in close co-operation. Considering these children our aim is to make them acquire such skills, abilities and attitudes that they become capable of accepting, helping, and enabling minorities of the society. We are welcoming five international young volunteers from neighbouring countries at our organization. We would like to accomplish our goals involving them. Those partaking in the project can get to know several cultures their characteristics and traditions yet unknown to them. The volunteers are going to be helped by experts of the Várpalota Youth Centre and by colleagues and mentors who are skilled in matters considering the youth and volunteering. They are going to receive support in their workshops and activities by experienced staff who are familiar with organizing and managing both youth exchanges and volunteering. As a result of the project, the partaking youngsters are going to make up a base community. Their greater community will become more supportive towards the different layers of the society and their problems. Thanks to this project, they will acquire knowledge that they can multiply within national and international levels of this project. The youngsters will make use of domestic and international volunteering and volunteering opportunities as a useful possibility of gaining experience.
