Surju Basic School is a basic school in Pärnu county with 85 students and 27 staff. In the development syllabus from 2013 to 2016 has successfully worked together on a syllabus staff. The syllabus consists of the following : We have implemented a course of action enabling our students to operate with the greatest sense of transparency. We have endeavored to support more cooperation and teamwork to make working and studying environment more interesting and contemporary. Surju Basic School has successfully taken part in various Comenius and eTwinning projects. We are taking into consideration above-mentioned. Surju Basic School will present to Erasmus+ program the project for school staff. Our project name is ?Enhancement of Professionalism of Staff and Enlargement of International Cooperation in Surju Basic School?. In the project there are 4 teachers at Surju school ? English teacher, primary school teacher and English teacher for primary school, science teacher and history and social studies teacher ? they earnestly desire to take part in courses in foreign countries. Every teacher participant has got experience of international schooling or international teaching practice. The desire is to take part in international schooling to develop as a personality, to enhance professionalism and to find a new motivation, to find new partners and to find new ideas for international cooperation and through this enlarge the whole school openness and European dimension. Language knowledge and skills of every teacher participant is satisfactory. The desire is to enlarge the number of staff who are able to do international team building. The headmistress of school is responsible for the project. There is a team of support available for the headmistress. Staff mobilities for training are taking place at different times and possibly during school holidays to arrange a substitute better. The headmistress officially prepares and arranges all things in advance. To disperse the substitutions of staff the project will be carried out during longer period ? during 2 years ? the longer period enables to correct the plan of mobilities for training when there is a necessity. Under the influence of project for school staff the professionalism of staff will be risen, as well as openness, motivation, tolerance and communication skills. All this positively effects all staff and students of Surju Basic School, enlarges European dimension, openness; new ideas and partners for the international cooperation will be found, reputation of Surju Basic School will be risen. As a result of the project there are more staff who are taking part and who are initiating international projects and enhancing other colleagues, students and surrounding communities. The results of mobility project for school staff will be expressed, reflected in the media, Internet, newspapers.
