Toekomstmogelijkheden voor jongeren na het behalen van een diploma na hun studie

A reciprocal visit by participants who attend school in a disadvantaged position. Through a process of informal learning and visits to various institutions and companies in both countries the pupils learn to reflect their capabilities and opportunities . The visits are interspersed with various cultural workshops to broaden their worldview and improve their capabilities. In total in the project are 25 Dutch and 25 Bulgarian kids. Of this group, 70% are socially disadvantaged. The method used to allow the participants to cooperate better with each other comes partly from scouting and is based on a system of buddies. By participating in this project this will create long friendships across the boundaries of countries and continues to have a better understanding of people who are different at first sight. In addition, many participants learn that they can do much more than they expect beforehand. They also become much more confident in their daily life.
