The main objectives of the project are the following: • improving professional skills, • creating opportunity to undergo and pass vocational training abroad,• coaching mobile and active employees whose skills are confirmed by Europass Mobility certificates,• improving fluency in the English and German language, including professional vocabulary in the field of electronics and geodesy,• acquiring basic communication skills in Spanish• increasing employees’ self-esteem in professional contacts with other employees and clients of a company• gaining knowledge on state-of-the-art technology used in geodesy by foreign companies, especially in the area of electronics and geodesy. The project will make it possible for sixteen electronics and geodesy students of Hipolit Cegielski Technical College in Śrem to under a two-week internship. The internship will take place in April 2017 in companies specialising in electronics and geodetic engineering which cooperate with TRIBEKA TRAINING LAB S.L in the Spanish town of Malaga. In the course of the internship, the participants will have the opportunity to acquire new skills with the use of modern technology. This professional experience as well as Europass Mobility certificate will definitely help students to pass their vocational exams and increase their chances to find steady employment once they have graduated. The students will increase their communication skills in the English language, they will also have the chance to master basics of Spanish.The participation in the project will positively influence the participants’ personal development. It will make them more open-minded and give them the opportunity to experience a different social and cultural reality.
