This project will help us consolidate our position as a model Centre on values, education and employment opportunities. The project is mainly designed to promote employment among our students, looking for an opportunity in VET, improving their technical and linguistic skills, promoting their autonomy and ability to actively participate in the European society. In the line with EU policies regarding longlife learning, our project includes mobility of the teaching staff since it is essential to improve their students’ training and therefore their employability. Our project partners are Vocational and Educational Training Centers also interested in allowing their students to perform their training practice period in our enterprises. As a host institution, we reinforce synergies between centers. The project is divided into three phases:PREPARATORY PHASEAn interdisciplinary mobility commission was created in order to disseminate the project, establish criteria for selecting participants , encourage teachers participation in project management courses Erasmus + , organize preparatory classes (language , culture , resilience, labor risks and first aid) , create a blog, choose and establish partnerships ( preparatory visits were made to Germany , France and the Netherlands financed by the center) , establish the methods of communication and as a whole manage the project.MOBILITY PHASEStudents Mobility, 17 vocational education students will foster their training in a VET institution and the apprenticeship in a company. The mobility will have a length of 5 weeks. Training during the first week will be held in the VET Centre in order to facilitate the students’ integration; for the remaining period they will carry out their work-placement (FCT) in a company designated by the host institution. A balanced participation of men and women and those with less opportunity (20%) will be a priority; and each and every professional branch should have a representative.Monitoring activities will be made by both the host centre and the sending centre through assigned mentors. Specifically, the monitoring of activities in the company (FCT) will be held online via the software (SAO ) used in Valencian Community .Staff Mobility, 9 teachers will be involved in the 7 days’ job shadowing period. At the same time they will be attending activities in the same institutions and enterprises that students. Members from each and every branch ought to be represented as well as a directive member. Supervising the teacher training period will be made carried out by the Mobility Commission through a protocol which includes monitoring forms, permanent contact (whatsapp, telephone, e-mail) and communication with participants.Six protocols have been developed to overcome possible problems and apply corrective measures.POST MOBILITY PHASEIn order to share the experience and the knowledge achieved, there will be arranged workshops, open days, roundtables, courses to teach, upload documents and images to the school webpage, reports in local media. The aim of these activities is to get a wide diffusion of the mobility both into the school community and the rest of the society. The Project will have a great impact as our students will be learning valuable workplace skills in a professional environment ensuring a greater degree of future employability in each and every UE country. In addition, the granted subsidy boosts in beneficiary families a pro-European sentiment. The updated training of our teachers along with their pedagogical improvement will affect positively on the quality of education and so on competitiveness and motivation of our students. This fact will consequently help to improve the image and quality of our Center.Accordingly, the improvement of our students’ skills and the educational dynamics modification affects positively all institutions of our environment.
