Tinerii de azi - Antreprenorii de mâine
Start date: Sep 22, 2014, End date: Jun 21, 2015 PROJECT  FINISHED

Our Association has identified among the young people who graduate high school or university a keen sense of disorientation regarding their future. One of the issues often recognized by young people is that there is a mismatch between the things learnt in school and the things they are required as experience on the labor market. The information presented during the courses are not relevant to the employers and their requirements are difficult to accomplish for a young graduate. The awareness that the information received in school will not bring an acceptable value for the society leads to an increasing number of graduates who drop courses trying "something else". However some of these young people no longer find their place either in school or in society. This thing has as an effect, besides a low self esteem, an increase of the unemployment among the youth and a very low level of their participation in the activities of the NGOs and the community. Together with the youth we have identified a very low degree of understanding the entrepreneurial opportunities offered by volunteering through non-formal education in their personal development. The lack of support provided to the young people in this direction leads to a static society, aged in terms of the involvement in the society. Through this project we want to turn this gaps into pluses by developing new skills, entrepreneurial competences, communication and networking in order to put their ideas into value, helping them to enter the labor market later either as free entrepreneurs or as employees. The project main aim is: The orientation towards entrepreneurship by volunteering as a tool for developing an active and innovative behaviour at young people. The proposed objectives in order to achieve this goal are: Ob1: Increasing the level of information of 30 young people from Romania, France and Turkey regarding the opportunities of entrepreneurial development during the 15 days of activity; Ob2: Increasing the level of motivation of 30 young people from Romania, France and Turkey regarding the development of entrepreneurial skills during the 15 days of activity; Ob3: Empowering the 30 young people from Romania, France and Turkey in developing entrepreneurial activities within the NGOs of this type. In order for this to be accomplished it is very important that young people to be taught to work in teams, to see how specific management systems, leadership works. All these goals we will achieve with a group of 30 young people from Romania, France and Turkey, with ages between 18-24 years old . Within this group of young people we will include a total of six young people with fewer opportunities. In order to achieve these objectives, the project includes non-formal education activities through discussions, presentations, exposures, workshops, group playing, games of economic simulation. The project will last 10 months and the duration of the main activities will be of 15 days, during which the participants will discover and learn what entrepreneurship and volunteering means, how these can generate benefits both at individual and also at the community level in the three participating countries. The direct beneficiaries of this project are primarily those 30 young people from Romania, France and Turkey, as well as the partners directly involved in the project. The indirect beneficiaries will be other groups and members of the communities involved in activities. The young people will adapt to a new development process where they will be challenged so that their talent and skills to be put into value and to undertake something, to be entrepreneurs, thus contributing to the decrease of unemployment among young people. We can not overlook the key concept of entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship education, a concept that supports the young people in order to do something, to put into practice the information, desires and experiences gained for managing their own project with various innovative activities. By this project a follow-up will be provided contributing to a good collaboration between the direct partners involved in this exchange, who wish to ensure the continuity of the project began with the funding of the Erasmus + project, bringing an adding value to the European community and multiplying the results at as many young people as possible.
