From the association Brainstorming we want to make a point and partly through this exchange and propose an idea for change - fighting xenophobia and racism through a universal action in all living beings on this planet, the food !!!. The Thousand ways to eat project bet on a culinary cultural exchange that through learning social skills through cooking and eating actions among different participants, cultural experiences, stories, traditions, etc. to promote fellowship, empathy, knowledge of new cultures and the collapse of xenophobic and racist barriers transferred by society, family and other social agents. We intend to create a project itself within the own exchange, based on a structure of alternative program scheduled between families belonging to a college or school in which the guests of different nationalities demolish tags meals. prejudices and behaviors that promote cultural, linguistic and ethnic separation of people through something as simple as it is the action of eating foods other than everyday once a week while sharing a relaxed chat. Thousand ways to eat will be held in the province of Zamora or in the capital, from 13 to 21 July 2015 with 53 participants from 6 countries: Turkey, Greece, Czech Republic, Italy, Spain and Estonia. The profile type of exchange is the man or woman who is at an age of 18-40 years old, preferably recipient of the rural world, immigrant in some of these cases, social concerns to improve citizen participation in the work of inclusion of the immigrant population empathetic and supportive, ability to work in team and personal experiences that contribute to the overall group. Our methods of work in all these activities will be based on a bidirectional education through which knowledge, values, customs and behaviors are transmitted. Education not only occurs through the word, is present in all our actions, feelings and attitudes that materialize in the range of skills, knowledge, attitudes and values acquired. What is commonly called non-formal education. In all activities conducted formal education plays a key role through tools such as Group Dynamics, lectures, presentations, Simulation Games / Workshops, cultural games and icebreakers, roundtables, exhibitions, Dynamics, meetings, cultural visits , cultural evenings of each country, entertainment activities and other proposals for future networking, etc .... will conduct a thorough introduction of the exchange and the topics discussed, as well as the present and answer questions about the ERASMUS + program and its features, we will make our own workshop K3 action and that seems very interesting for future proposals to channel according to the project theme, also will hold exhibitions of the real situation regarding racism through associates with famed experience in this field as SOS Racism and staff CETI (temporary reception center immigrants CEUTA). The project has a clear multiplier effect at all levels, which will occur at the time of selection of participants, when they must look into data on the percentage of immigration in their communities, existing social policies, percentages of cases of racially motivated attacks , discrimination and xenophobia, stereotypes and labels, etc ... because they have to be supported and consulted in their immediate environment, doing something unitholders people from their immediate environment. During the activity the contact with local people to know both the Erasmus + program and the specific actions of this exchange, such as the cookbook culinary culture of the participating countries "RECIPES OF THE WORLD" as diffusing tool encourage and culture inclusion. Finally, one of the objectives of the exchange is to establishing strategies for change in policies and actions for inclusion in their reference populations, so the multiplier effect and awareness for positive achievement of the goals set will be necessary. Both partner organizations and organizer, participants and communities of origin are direct beneficiaries of the results by changing attitudes, labels and preconceived prejudices, erroneous educational concepts, etc ... presenting to public and private 2 projects created in exchange entities to achieve promote eradication of racist behavior in their areas of participation "A thousand ways to eat" and the publication "World Cuisine" effective and innovative.
