Association „Unique Projects“ is organizing youth‘s entrepreneurship and creativity Project „Think, work, create!”. It is an international youth Exchange Project covering business, innovation, creativity and the labor market topics. Also it provides theoretical, methodical and practical knowledge and skills by solving business problems, creating and developing ideas and implementing various methods.Full project time: January 1st– April 30th, 2016 (4 months)Exchange date: February 8th – February 17th, 2016Countries participating: Lithuania, Poland, Latvia, ItalyNumber of participants: 28 (6 participants + 1 leader)During this Project participants will get to know about CV and motivational letter writing, will learn and try the main aspects of job interviewing, will analyze business problems and learn to generate ideas, create preliminary business plans, give feedback, and improve communication skills. And all of this will be done by using mostly non-formal learning methods.Main tasks of the Project are: 1. To get a real practice of designing, developing, and presenting the prototype business idea. It will be done using different methodologies and business model”.2. To get acquainted with the most important aspects of the labor market, by learning to introduce ourselves, to gain confidence and practice to test ourselves in different situations. 3. To acquire innovation, entrepreneurial competencies, which enable to create our own business and / or increase opportunities of employment.The aim of the project:To encourage young people work ethics, entrepreneurship and innovation through various methods.Auditorium of participants – young, active, interested in new things. People who just finished or are about to finish school or bachelor degree – the ones, who will meet the problem of unemployment very soon. Also those who feel the lack of knowledge and skills about future job market and requirements to become a good worker or even your own boss. In addition to, these are people who lack the knowledge and skills related to innovation and entrepreneurship, seeking employment or set up their own business and become more innovative. Number of participant in the Project is 28 (6 participants + 1 leader from organization), age of participants is 17-26 years.Main activities and methods which will be held during the Project: ice-breaking activities, team-building, reflections at the end of every day, energizers, intercultural evenings, presentations of „homework“, giving the feedback about all activities, discussions, consultations, creative workshop, and team work: How would you describe creative and innovative person, simulation of job interview. Also, the various methods like: "Think out of the box“exercises, one method of the "Design thinking" using in practise. As well, getting out of your “comfort zone”, knowledge of „Business model“, and developing it in practise, generating, improving and developing ideas, simulation of job interview, team brainstorm – generating, improving and testing in the real space business idea, extempore session, improving self-confidence, case analysis, in purpose to learn innovative approach and using given methodologies and a lot of other creative activities, which are defined to develop the creativeness and innovative of participants, , therefore, acquire entrepreneurial and successful participation in the labor market, the necessary competencies.Planned results and impact: participants will improve their key life-long learning competences, exceptionally creativity and expression, applicant and partner organizations will improve Project organizing and management skills, will become able to consult members of their organizations and other young people on topics of entrepreneurship, innovations and creativity. Target groups will receive methodical tools and suggestions for activities in continuing their further work.Main benefits: young participants will be educated as active, entrepreneurial, creative, brave and not afraid to try themselves people. After the Project they will come back to the society and share their experience and developed ideas. We believe that project‘s participants or even members of organizations will succeed in finding jobs, easier dealing with problems or even create their own workplace/business just because of this Project. Of course, we will spread the results about the benefits of using various methodologies to target groups, make some meeting and have some articles in the newspapers to achieve the wider auditorium of young people.
