The European dimension of thinking and acting should be forced in our school. Therefore there is a big need of training teachers in language courses in English (bilingual teaching of different subjects) and other languages. In language courses, teachers can approve their knowledge of methods and their language competence as well. During the courses in France, Ireland, UK, Malta and Italy our teachers will come in contact with other teachers and have the possibility of visiting enterprises. Later in our project we will encourage our students to come in contact with foreign students via etwinning, mails or skype. If possible, we want to find enterprises offering stages for our students. In this way they can get professional experience, get to know the differences between our countries.All three participants in Erasmus+ are highly motivated and european thinking people. Because of the subjects they are teaching they are open-minded and want to offer their students an authentic education at a high level, they want to increase the comprehension of european thinking and acting, values such as tolerance and respect. They also want to make them curious to visit other countries, to work in a foreign enterprise.As a result of long term, the knowledge of languages should increase, as well as the social skills.By offering best trained teachers, the attractivity of the HAK Innsbruck shall still increase.
