The immediate objectives are meant to build and tighten co-operation between the partners through the following activities:- presentation and promotion of the individual qualities of each partner region (country),- promotion of theatrical art, typical for the theatres of Northern and Eastern Europe,- exchange of experience concerning high-art popularization,- exchange of experience (actors, directors, students) on how to carry out cultural projects,- theatrical education of the young (drama and dance),- education of the administration staff responsible for culture organization and animation,- setting-up musical theatre in Olsztyn, grounded on the experience and partnership with the theatres from Klaipeda and Kaliningrad.
