Theater gives a space for Education a is a 8-month long project of 1 young French volunteer coming to the Probiont company. The project is mostly based in Prague but because of the nature of organisation´s life allows traveling and exloring another contries around region. The main theme of the project is informal education via art and ecology and will be done via several methods of learning process: hands-on experience, discussion, work-shadowing, brainstorming, observing, listening and mostly experiencing. The volunteer will have a chance to get inside into the several areas of independent theatre practise – light and sound design, dramaturgy, graphic design, performance process creating, production work such event management, planning, fundraising, booking, touring. In his own project he will explore the possible connection between art and ecology and will be part of both the communities. All these learning activities are held on very practical level as the organisation is going through all these activities during the 8 month period. Giving a support and resourses to the volunteer, we open a room for him to combine his new skills with his older interests – enviromnental questions, nature preservation and give them for example artistic expression. The activity of volunteer will have an impact for the local community because the own projects of him can reach over the artistic community we usually work with and create a very new connections via ecology. With a support of our organisation, he will be encourage to join different theatre projects in organisation as well as to have a personal engagment in local art-eco community. Our organisation will give a special attention for the priorities of EVS, support his active participation, community outreach, multi-language aspect, tolerance and learning process. On the long-term basic from the project benefits the volunteers and his compentency building, the community by being engage in the project and the organisation via development of the educational activities.
