Theater-Education-Dialog a is a 10-month long project of 1 young French, Spain-based volunteer coming to the Probiont company. The project is mostly based in Prague but because of the nature of organisation´s life allows traveling and exloring another contries around region. The main theme of the project is informal education via art (theatre, creative writing, film, documentary, photography) and was done via several methods of learning process: hands-on experience, discussion, work-shadowing, brainstorming, observing, listening and mostly experiencing. The volunteer got a chance to get inside into the several areas of independent theatre practise – light and sound design, dramaturgy, graphic design, performance process creating, production work such event management, planning, fundraising, booking, touring. In her own project Manon explored her talent in theatre making, film editing, documentary creating, photo making, event organisation. All these learning activities were held on very practical level as the organisation was going through all these activities during the 10 month period. Giving a support and resourses to the volunteer, we opened a room for her to combine her new skills with her interests. The activity of volunteer had an impact for the local community because the own projects of Manon shared and presented towards a wide public. With a support of our organisation, a volunteer was encouraged and supported to join different theatre projects in organisation as well as to have a personal engagement in local art community. Our organisation gave a special attention for the priorities of EVS, support volunteer´s active participation, community outreach, multi-language aspect, tolerance and learning process. On the long-term basic from the project benefits the volunteers and ier compentency building, the community by being engage in the project and the organisation via development of the educational activities. At the end, the volunteer settled down in Prague and continues her carreer in film editing sector from January 2016.
