The show must go on!
Start date: Dec 1, 2009,

Show must go on! Is a multilateral youth exchange, which is going to take place for a period of one week in Ljubljana. It is a project, driven by 24 young people from Malta, Slovenia, Italy and Austria. We are active in geographically deprivileged areas and our job is to work with youngsters coming from ethnic minorities and with those, who have learning difficulties.During our work we have noticed that with theatre pedagogical therapy we can inspire and encourage them to express there own filings. It is our goal to enable them to communicate with their surroundings in order to achieve: self-respect, courage, social skills and new knowledge. With the project Show must go on! We would like to interchange know - how and experiences from the field of theatre pedagogics, which are in our opinion very complementary. We are going to use methods by Paula Freira, Augista Boala and Martha Graham and also the method of newspaper titles. We will create the first theatre performance for audience in Ljubljana with the help of these new methods, which will be written down, collected and described in a booklet.
