Nowadays, human being life is based on ICT technology, that is present in every area of life. We spend more and more time online looking for new contact, working or entertaining. Children also associate with a computer and can use the online resources from an early age. Computer and Internet are the points of learning about the world and its culture. Students spend less and less time on learning and doing homework as it means a detachment from the pleasure of being online or playing computer games. As a result, their a willingness to learn is dropping, there appears some difficulties and students motivation falls down. Therefore the task of the modern teacher is to use skills of using computer and fascination with it and the Internet to encourage students with learning, attract them to get knowledge , post homework assignments on social networks using interesting tools that will be competitive for computer games . Changing the attitude to teaching we can fulfill the mission of the school and improve the attractiveness and quality of teaching. However, to achieve that goal the modern teachers must also improve their skills and ability to use computer and Internet resources to create innovative teaching materials , such as interactive presentations , quizzes , posters, etc. and work on educational platform . The main objective of the project is to improve the qualifications and skills of school staff in the use of ICT in teaching, improving English language skills as a communication tool and use the skills in the implementation of European projects. By using innovative tools in preparing teaching materials we want to change the approach of working with the student, to attract and motivate them to learn, achieve better results, get higher scores in the Sixth grade exam, improve the quality of teaching and the quality of work of the school. In the project there will be involved11 members of school staff - 10 teachers , especially teaching subjects that knowledge and skills are tested on the Sixth grade exam, including English language and the school nurse , who runs a number of preventive measures and health education , what is essential to effective learning. The participants of the project will be supported by improving their communication skills in a foreign language - an intensive English language course. English is he language of communication in the course of ICT and it is necessary to take part in. The cource is provided by specialized experts in the field of ICT and it takes place in Malta. This course is the main activity in the project , which is necessary to improve teachers' qualifications and skills, to change the way of teaching, and enhance the quality of school work and prestige in the local community . Using interesting forms of work will increase the motivation of students to learn. With the acquired language skills , teachers will be able to provide eTwinning projects that is another step to the European dimension of our institution . Moreover, the beneficiaries of the course will share their knowledge on innovation in teaching proccess with other employees of SP im. Jana Pawła II in Koszęcin and teachers of other educational institutions in the commune as the exchange of good practices. Creating innovative educational materials , as well as video recording of their use in the classroom be available online on the school website, the educational platform . Information about these materials will be spread in newsletters , which will be distributed to schools and on the social networking site like Facebook . Participation in the project will change the attitude of teaching process and way of working with students . Introducing elements of e-learning educational platform , modern tools used to work with a pupil make the SP im. Jana Pawła II in Koszęcin modern and attractive school of the future, preparing children for life in the modern world , generations of ICT.
