The aim of the project is to create a dynamic and lasting partnership between BHAFC and Havre Athletic Club, to promote and deliver learning and cultural activities using football as the driving force to increase participation and raise cultural awareness amongst the citizens of Le Havre and Brighton & Hove. The project will target areas of social deprivation and encourage individuals to participate in new and exciting structured cultural activities that would otherwise by unavailable to them. The project will consist of four main elements: 1) Expansion and development of the education programme and study support centre 2) The expansion & development of a community education programme3) A professional development programme 4) A wide range of cross border exchanges targeting areas of deprivation.
