The project develops strategies and competencies towards establishing new and innovative platforms and crossovers across the Sound – partnerships between creative industries, culture, planning, municipalities, research, education and the civil society. Achievements: The activities of the project were organized around seven groups with different themes an objectives. Each group had their own budget and organized their own activities. The project created more than 80 opportunities for mebers to meet and interact, as well as 18 seminars to develop key skills an competencies within areas such as cultural planning, participant culture, narrative in communication etc. The results is decribed in four evaluation reports and one edited book.
