Start date: Jul 1, 2016, End date: Jun 30, 2017 PROJECT  FINISHED

Theatrico Ergastiri Aigeiras approaches drama via a number of perspectives. In addition to staging plays annually, it educates through teaching drama techniques, soundtrack, script writing, drama analysis etc. To this end, it is absolutely essential that our organization should keep up with the latest developments and to continually pursuit improvement through innovative practices that apply in the modern European and international drama affairs. The submitted plan is organized according to the principles described above and it mainly aims at acquiring new workshop techniques of teaching drama and their diffusion. More specifically the project aims at obtaining knowledge on the following three avant garde workshop techniques- drama forms regarding:1. Interactive form theatre (IFT)2. Interactive design theatre (IDT)3. Interactive sprit writing (ISW) Participants are involved in these pedagogical drama tools from the very beginning of action. This model IFT which is suggested by the activity is divided into two parts: the first part relates to practices of creating a script, characters and interactive relationship with the audience who also decide on the ending while: in the second part communication with the audience becomes more intent as they are asked to act so as to bring the performance to its climax. Specifically the schedule of the activity is as follows: Location: Spain Project language: English Title : THE MODEL OF "CPT" CULTURAL PEDAGOGICAL THEATRE The activity will last five days and the schedule will be as follows:Day 1: Knowledge base. Gathering and using knowledge through research and previous knowledge on the specific topic. Subject and methodical focus. Day 2-3 Acting skills: Improvisation, experience/s, flexibility, spontaneousness and perception. Day 4-5. Pedagogical skills: Explanation of IFT, IDT and ISW which will lead to cultural pedagogical examples of performance within the topic. Eleven individuals of our educational personnel will participate in the activity and they were chosen solely on their absolute assimilation of the club's needs to the required knowledge. Our members are amateur actors and actresses who selflessly offer both their love and knowledge to theatre. Most of our members are scientists by profession and respected members of the local community and they are involved in teaching drama techniques, drama analyses (of ancient Greek, modern Greek and international drama texts), music editing, music improvisation, direction, spontaneous expression and movement as well as in the creative use of sound and light. Our group, in which each and every one of us has a specific part, responds perfectly to the requirements of this activity. The activity described above is of a particularly targeted content which will prove extremely useful to our members and it will certainly assist us in enhancing our skills and teaching methods of drama. The pillars on which the project relies are of vital importance to the needs of the participants. Additionally, it is expected that the outcome of this project will offer our group a European approach to drama as we will cooperate with people from other countries. The project itself will certainly have a constructive interaction both during it but definitely after it. By reaching the expected results we hope that we will be able to absolutely respond to our expectations concerning the outcome of this project which will briefly include the following:1. Spreading of the results to the underprivileged of the surrounding area who have already been spotted and mainly come from less accessible areas, organizing activities in these areas with the view to motivating them into being involved in this form of art. 2. Skills enhancement and development of the level of the knowledge provided.3.Planning of European collaboration actions in the future. 4. Construction of a webpage as well as profiles in the social media and participation in European platforms (i.e. EPALE) with the aim of propagating the results of the project and the interactive communication not only of those involved but also of those interested.5. Staging of performances with the use of the new tools so as to assess and spread them.6.Participation in drama contests, festivals and tour organization of performances in which the findings of the project will be put into use.
