context/background of project; With this project we want to provide the possibility for students from the 3 different Vocational high schools from Macedonia to take part in an international mobility where they will gain much needed practical skills and experience in their field of vocation. They will be accompanied, assisted and supported by staff from the schools and from the applicant organisation. objectives of your project; The project itself should enable gaining of new knowledge and putting of this knowledge in practice in the field of vocation of the participants. The specific goals in the wider setting of the project are: - enabling students to have practical work; - enabling students for professional communication in foreign language and using professional terms in foreign language in their future work; - broadening the cooperation among the partners as well as among the Macedonian and Turkish educational institutions; - experiencing life in a different country and in an international environment. number and profile of participants; This project will provide the possibility to 27 students of 3 Mechanical and Electronic engineering branch high schools from Macedonia to participate in a mobility period abroad. They come from the cities of Ohrid, Gostivar and Kavadarci and will have the possibility to get much needed practice in their field of expertise in a well structured and organized setting that is significantly experienced in hosting and training apprentices – bout local as well as international. a short description of the results and impact envisaged and finally the potential longer term benefits. The results will be visible and which will be addressed with this project in terms of the level of training and qualifications that the participants will acquire are: - To improve professional skills of the students in order to be easily included in the labor market; - To upgrade the capacities for employment based experience of practical work; - Enrichment of life skills through the culture of the European Union countries and through the guidelines and strategies used by their peers; - getting to know the educational work in similar programmes in the foreign countries; - obtaining experience in the field of professional practice, which will contribute to the students' professional development; - improving skills and obtaining new knowledge; - combining theoretical knowledge with the practice; - broadening student’s knowledge in the field of foreign languages (general concepts as well as professional expressions); - obtaining improved knowledge of the language of the host country as well as improving professional English language skills; - obtaining knowledge of the cultural and traditional values of the host country; - intensifying the co-operation between partner institutions (services), which would provide greater mobility of the students.
