THE EQF AS A FRAMEWORK LINKING THE DIFFERENT QUALIFICATIONS SYSTEMS OF PRODUCTION MANAGERS TOGETHER

The Quality increase in training systems results from the close connection between training programmes and the market demands. The project provided the research of current entrepreneurs’ needs in the area of production processes organization, determining skills of the workers is indispensable in their work in order to achieve optimal realisation of the production process and then to relate diagnosed skills to teaching programmes. The innovativeness involved application to designing programmes of educating organizers of the production processes of MES methodology, worked out by International Labour Organisation. To ensure further comparability of education, the skills (modules) have been assigned reference EQF levels. Thus the certificate stating acquisition of a given skill will have a quality component, allowing entrepreneurs to employ people with real qualifications or will allow the employees to plan their career paths.The expected impact: Increase in quality of education at the angle of its adjustment to the entrepreneurs’ needs, improvement of education transparency, increase in workers’ mobility, increase in company competitiveness.
