The project is part of the construction of Polish-Ukrainian border-crossing in Budomierz- Hruszew. The crossing is designed for buss, cars and trucks with a capacity of 3.5 tones, with the exception of goods subject to veterinary and phytosanitary control and dangerous cargo. It is expected that the implementation of the project will increase the efficiency of the border in Podkarpacie by 41 % in relation to people movement and by 39 % in relation to car traffic. The other significant improvement will be the decrease of waiting time at the border crossings in Podkarpacie.The scope of the project will consist of installation and completion works on the following objects: administrative building, 2 buildings of special control, complex of pavilions, the roof over the road strips, and internal road with six lanes of exit. In addition, the project includes purchasing of vehicles and machinery, serving for maintenance of the crossing. Implementation of the investment will significantly improve conditions for the movement of people across the border and this will have a positive impact on the region\'s economic development.
