The main aim of the program is to enlarge the professional knowledge of kindergarten teachers and developers with new and efficient methods within the frame of an in-service training. Through these training Roma children under their care reach a higher quality development, their life quality improves and their chances of integration increase. Through the project two methods aiming are devised and adapted to the Romanian local needs. The project does not only enlarge professional knowledge, but also gives possibility to put it in practise and to demonstrate new methods operating in real life of the 10 kindergarten. Especially Roma children's mothers can learn how to take care for their own young children.The general objective of the project is the integration of Roma children in social communities, their integration into kindergartens.The direct beneficiaries of the project are the Roma children and their parents who regularly participate on the trainings and activities organized in the playing houses. The project ensures the designed-to-person development of each child. Parents experience a more efficient development of their children; meanwhile they also acquire multiple ways to help them. Thus parents' skills also develop and reach a higher stage. Among project results: training, reduction of the social disadvantages of the Roma children, improved the skills and abilities of Roma children by increasing their attendance to school.
