The Babel Library project has been created to allow ,Collège franois Mitterrand teachers and Comenius coordinator for strategic partnership of school education, to develop three parts of his work : - improve the practice of the English language, written and spoken - develop their collabotive website management skills (HTML, CSS, Javascript, Cloud computing, Web Design) - support their strong european experience ( Science express Project) by using european communities as E-twinning and Europass, for example. We expect foremost new pedagogical practices for College François Mitterrand students, in order to fight against school failure and lack of motivation. Each discipline (French, latin, mathematics, physics ) will benefit from this work. A double dynamic underlies the traditionnal teaching while listening to today's world. dynamique The first one is the use of new technologies. The second one is obviously the opening to the international and foremost to Europe. Our pupils will make sure that Classical litterature teaching, thanks to its necessary rigor, is an excellent way to prepare themselves to study of modern languages, and on the oter hand to discover inline coding dynamic webpages, which is a language as well as a syntax. At last, students will be pleased to use a personnal information manager : they will have a real personal notebook opened to Internet. They will classify and store all their works, in order to create and use their own database throughout their scolarity.
