Main aim of the project is to strengthen cross-border cooperation between Alytus and Giżycko through modernization of the sport environment and innovative educational activity development. Project target groups are following: educational managers, businessmen, local governments, responsible for the education and sport-recreational field, youngster, elderly and disable people, non direct target groups – local communities from Alytus and Giżycko. Expected Results: During the implementation of the project, the partners plan to reconstruct the sport hall in Alytus, to renovate athletic field, racing track, long jump platform, shot put platform and parking in Giżycko, to train participants and to organise conference. Besides, the projects partners plan to organise sport camps in Lithuania and in Poland for youngsters, health life style days in Alytus and Giżycko and the team sports contests.
