Start date: Sep 1, 2016, End date: Aug 31, 2017 PROJECT  FINISHED

Learning throughout life is the right of everyone to learn at any time of his life. The school is essential for this. While it is true that adult learning is very different (universities, training companies, training in local and regional agencies) is essential to the existence of centers for Adult Education (CEPA) to ensure formal training qualified personnel. In Spain, since the nineties, an important network of its kind to have been carried out and doing a great job. But it is also true that CEPA's idea and structure can be exported with pride, may be cornered by excessive curricular and methodological rigidity compared to other organizations more flexible and adaptable to new needs and methods. It is for this reason that it is essential that there is an exchange of teachers and organizational practices among Spanish CEPA and other centers for adult education. The CEPA El Molar, it's a organization involved in the pedagogical innovation for a better quality of education, that can show own progress and organizational complexity, in this case, to a center of southern Italy, with enough problems of school leavers and those at risk social exclusion. Innovamentis, the italian partner, can show us how to work with different centers and organizations, focusing on new technologies as essential tools for good teaching. Hence the need to know and do this activity abroad of observation. It will involve the whole educational community of CEPA, made up of 13 teachers, 1 administrative assistant and 670 students since the CEPA El Molar has a tradition of an annual training course. For the course 16-17 the project with Italy will be the lever for the training course have a greater impact. The objectives described concerning organizational aspects, but mainly methodological, with the incorporation of ICT in teaching and spreading of an idea of Europe committed to learning throughout life. By the project, Innovamentis, the italian partner will live a week with us, in management and in the classroom, in order to bring that knowledge to their partner schools. CEPA El Molar aims to consolidate as pioneer in open methodologies that appeal to adults who left school and with a more open and flexible classroom, to permit them to be integrated again.
