Our project; Vocational teachers working in vocational and technical education institutions and managers has been applied for. It consists of 45 teachers and administrators of vocational training institutions. Both the public and with Law No. 6331 on the status of workers in private institutions or danger that negatively affect the health and safety risks and prevent these hazards and risks or employees have become important to protect them. Technical education students in our educational institutions, such as an employee training to get in and they must face to be conscious and will remain an issue against the risk of occupational health and safety in the educational environment. Providing training of teachers in vocational education institutions, both administrators and students are required to have sufficient knowledge and practice in the field of occupational safety and health in the future will work in both education environment. Occupational health and the health of our managers applied in EU countries is primarily responsible for the implementation of security and obtain information about the safety of our educators and educational institutions in this context has been the main objective of this project. In this context, the content of the training and examination was conducted according to the schedule set out in the project application. At the end of our project participants; safety in vocational training institutions and adapt to future new situation for health, to gain the behavior generate new solutions to new problems, recognizing the knowledge transfer process, it is not included in technological change following the implementation of seeing over and exchange information in the fields provided. Participants of our institutions and they perform some of their work in the planning and implementation of vocational training. Therefore, vocational training institutions in our province, the planning of educational activities, it is necessary to ensure the implementation of the corporate and regional unity. Our mobility project aims to realize a strong and well-functioning vocational training institutions. The creation of an education and a safe life with a minimum of additional work-related accidents; the safety of our students continue in business will be to support the employees to become best practice. Outputs: Participants and partners; Promote institution building relationships that may create a working environment and positive impressions about the organization's institutions and the planning activities necessary for this purpose, have gained the knowledge and skills development and execution. Partnerships and visited institutions and organizations in accordance with project objectives, institutions will share their experiences and knowledge on vocational training. The new educational programs that you can apply in our vocational training institutions, in particular the opportunity they got the support of occupational safety and health issues. In education and training will increase support for the formation of EU standards. Thereby enabling them to interact in social and cultural fields, participants benefit from the sender is provided with each of the partners and participants. Project after by our host institutions and organization to all participants "Project Participation Certificate" is issued. Erasmus + program, we have prepared within the scope of mobility projects within the context of the Europe 2020 strategy, implements the institution of vocational training activities in our country, we aim to attain the institutional structure of the EU quality standards. The globalization of the labor market, vocational institutions that support workforce requires that global structure. The labor market may be strong, it is possible to provide quality education with vocational training institutions. Understanding the educational policies and systems between countries, educational institutions and modernization, the links between training institutions and the labor market, language, as a result of the understanding of social and cultural diversity by ensuring the recognition among institutions limit, will be a strong integrity EU level.
