The project provided needed guidance to the young people on realizing what they are capable of doing together and how to act in order to utilize their potential and the region to benefit from the coherent outcomes of their potential. Goals were achieved through meetings (between students and teachers as coaches) in an environment to reveal similarities and common aspects between Uzunkopru and Burgas students. Through collaboration youths discovered common problems and needs to develop common solutions to these problems and discussed on possible methods of dealing with them. As a second step, participants learned how to convert their ideas into projects and the opportunities to implement them (by trainings on Project Cycle Management and informative seminars on EU programmes such as Youth in Action, Life Long Learning, and etc). This process has been supported by preparation of an example joint action plan (on a common environmental issue) and by a website/forum to maintain established contacts for further projects.
