Innovative training for traditional business : The project aims to create target oriented, internet-based training programmes. These should be comprehensive and easy for traditional entrepreneurs to assimilate. By developing multimedia training resources, providing business planning support and exchanging good practices, mid-career entrepreneurs will enhance their entrepreneurial performance. Multimedia tools and training modules have been designed and widely disseminated. This project started in 2002 and lasted 24 months.
