Zamosc University of Management and Administration would like to enable all the project’s beneficiaries - graduates of technical profile to gain first professional experience in the modern companies from the Germany. Project responds to the following needs and issue (detailed problems): -requirement for the practical vocational training in modern, innovative, international technical and production profile companies (graduates after one year end of school, applying for the first job), - need to develop linguistic competences and increase occupational mobility due to globalization of the labour market - problem of the low mobility among the youth form the Zamojskie Region, - requirement for the developing interpersonal skills, connected with multicultural teams and competences regarding intercultural communication, - there are lack of modern companies, focused on quality of management, that could became the first place of work for technical and production profile graduates in Zamojskie Region Main problem: limited possibilities of technical profile graduates (mechanics and mechanics engineering, mechatronics, industrial mechanics) to access to the professional life Specific objectives: - acquire practical professional competences, in the range of technical occupations (mechanics, mechatronics) within 3-months workplacement by 35 graduates, in the modern german companies, - developing practical skills in the area of german language within 3-months workplacement, in the years 2014-2016 years, by 35 graduates, - establishing contacts during 3-months workplacement with innovative german companies, in the years of 2014-2016 by 35 graduates - acquire ability to work in multicultural teams and competences concerning intercultural communication, Partner’s responsibilities: Zamość University of Management and Administration: - the main task will be: organizing project’s implementation, recruitment of beneficiaries, preparing and signing agreements with Partners and Beneficiares, keeping settlements, reports, evaluation, preparing certificates, dissemination of project results. Furthermore ZUMA will be responsible for cultural and linguistic preparation, monitoring participants during workplacements, Personnel involved in the implementation of the project: - Head of the Project: person with higher education, which has experience in human recourses management and project management financed by European Union, - Accountant: person with proper qualification and experience in settlement of EU projects, - Other workers: persons with higher education, and pedagogical preparation, responsible for cultural and linguistic preparation of the beneficiaries, - Maas Profile GmbH - BarthauAnhaegerbau GmbH - Berroth-Bau GmbH - ROKLA GmbH - Roland Deeg GmbH - Zucker Edelstahlschmiede GmbH - Sonneck Gaststättenbetriebs-GmbH Main tasks: substantive supervision of the workplacement contents before commencement, consulting with the sending institution, mentoring and monitoring of participants during workplacement, organization of online workshops, placement assessment in consultation with the Polish partner Methods and communication tools applied: - individual communication - email, facebook, skype - telephone
