The aim of this transnational project is to use innovative methods based on Vocational Education and Training focused on developing educational and personal skills, improving students' results at school, making classes more interactive and appealing to students, acquiring more knowledge or improving the personal and vocational skills in order to become an active European citizen. This project is intended to open and innovate education, goes further into preparing students for proffessional life, helping them to be better prepared for the job, improve and develop their professional skills and use all the tools in order to make a career and adapt their skills to the European job market. DIRECT RECIPIENTS project are students, employees of partner organizations, colleagues organizations implementing projects for local communities and local leaders. The project will develope Guide to Best Practices - Practical publication contains examples for Sustainability of effective teaching and school practices model implemented in the partner countries and partner organizations. The purpose of the Guide is an inspiration to work for teachers using the methods for sustainable education. Education for sustainable development can provide critical thinking, greater awareness and skills, so it is possible to explore new visions and ideas and develop new methods and tools for implementation.Approximately 2000 participants are expected to participate in project activities and apart from participants, approximately 2,500 individuals are expected to benefit from the results. The project partner organizations will seek to use new tools created and competence of personnel to carry out actions aimed at a wide audience, and to popularize the idea of Vocational Education and Training, students' Skills Development using lifelong learning possibilities into local communities activation processes. GOAL of project is to increase the activity of the studentsf the local community, increasing the efficiency of activation programsdirected to the socially excluded and improvement of life care for the environment and surroundings. Dissemination campaigns will be held about results at regional, national and international levels to support other schools having similar problems. The variety of schools and partner institutions is a value added to the project because of the intercultural and intergenerational dialogue.The project was developed in partnership with the Polish 5 organizations, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Slovenia, Spain and Turkey . Each of them brings to the project a unique experience enriching its scope and dimension.
