CINEL is a vocational training center that operates in state of the art technological areas and with rapid development and continuous technological changes, which require international certifications. Under the strategic development of the Center and its commitment to internationalization, there were certain needs identified, such as: - Increasing the Center international technical certifications (HCNA, IPC); - Improving the technical expertise of the trainers (KNX, IPC, MPLS, HCNA and Android); - Integrating international networks of innovation and know-how exchange. The main objective of the mobility included in this project is the acquisition of knowledge and the development of professional skills by the CINEL trainers in specific technical areas such as KNX, IPC, and HCNA, allowing to expand the scope of the Center intervention, giving the Center a unique capacity that helps to strengthen links with companies and improve responsiveness to their needs and requests. CINEL aims to strengthen and maintain its international certification in the following areas: KNX, IPC - IPC Certification 610 / IPC 7711-7721 / IPC Joint STD 001 and, through this mobility project, acquire the technical skills and HCNA certification, filling a gap in the Portuguese market. In this project we engage 7 trainers with skills in the areas of Electronics and Computer Engineering , Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering and Electronics and Computer Engineering. The training will be conducted by specialized training centers in the identified technical areas and participants will be certified at the end. CINEL is a leading center for the production of technological knowledge and has a greater responsibility in the dissemination and promotion of know-how exchange mechanisms in order to ensure the continuous updating of scientific and technological knowledge to be transmitted through training that we promote. The knowledge obtained in these projects is relevant to the contribution of CINEL, in certain areas of expertise, for the upgrade of existing training courses in the National Qualifications Catalogue, and thus, to the modernization of the National Qualifications System. Increasing and strengthening of certifications held by CINEL also contributes to the promotion and projection of the center in the country and in the world, enabling integration into European and global cooperation networks and allowing collaboration with companies and organizations seeking training in these areas.
