The project enhanced international cooperation, extension of knowledge of the language and intercultural awareness.
Due to the participation in two different courses, the participants had a chance to verify and expand their qualifications which contributed to increased efficiency of their work, better prosperity of their school and wider opportunities for their students.

Achieved aims of the project:
- helped to explore the potential uses of new technologies in language learning,
- explored different aspects of modern British life and culture,
- investigated ways of teaching cross-cultural awareness in the classroom,
- provided opportunities to build up a portfolio of authentic materials to support the cultural component of teaching,
- developed exciting teaching ideas on how to use the materials.
Participants:
Two teachers of English, experienced, motivated and open to new opportunities for gaining knowledge and experience.
Stages:
- the participants formally prepared for participating in courses by means of taking part in workshops and sessions for school coordinators, course topics analysis,
- they took active participation (they exchanged notes, resources, implemented groupwork amnd extracurricula projects, conducted individual talks with tutors),
- they conducted evaluation and dissemination of project's results by sharing the knowledge with fellow teachers and teachers frtom other schools,
- they used acquired knowledge and experience in everyday work ( created a set of resources, handouts and lesson plans, conducted lessons using new technologies, prepared Virtual Day of Creativity to inspire creativity in students),
- the participants took part in discussions, lectures and workshops,
- they implemented acquired knowledge via multimedia resources in teaching process - The Internet, social media, presentation and local media,
- they submitted reports of every stage of the project in order to analyse the stages of the project and inform about the progress (reports can be found in school documents),
- they conducted training and workshop for the rest of the teaching staff and local institutions ( report in school documents),
Results and outcomes:
- the efficiency of teachers' and students' work increased ( students get higher results in external mock-exams),
- the acquired knowledge of teachers' work was efficiently implemented ( lesson plans with new methods included),
- they motivated students to learning ( students volunteer to extra projects more often),
- they provided teachers with graded increase in their teaching and language skills ( created a set of resources, handouts and lesson plans),
Long term profits:
- efficiency in foreign language learning was increased ( students get better marks and are more active in volunteering),
- professional qualifications were developed, ( the school gained better-educated staff that increased the atttractiveness of the school's offer),
- international cooperation and development in education were enhanced ( students gained new e-pals and penfriends from school in Turkey, they host AIESEC volunteers).
- cross cultural awareness in the classroom was raised,
