Our goal with this project was that our students in vocational training would get professional expreience in abroad. With our hosting partners we were in continuous liaison; we frequently reconciled the programs about the hosting companies. One of our group (15 person) went to Milan, Italy. During their work at the hosting company they were communicating in english with their tutors and colleges. At these firms they got familier with the activities of the companies and they took integral part in the everyday life of a workplace. Mean time the students and also the teachers became familier with another culture and work ethic. The hosting partners helped in every way they could; they participated to organize the free time of the students including cultural programs and fun activities. At the projects closing the students reported about their conducted tasks és told about their experience. All the students got an Europass Mobility certificate. On the austrian (Vienna) mobility 11 students participated. In the organization of the hosting partners the students were placed at different logistic companies, storage and commerce units for vocational trainings. They learnt about the mechanism and organization techniques at these logistic companies. The students were using their knowledge of german language which was a positive feedback for them and for the school. The hosting parnters were continuously checking the work of our students. Every week there was a meeting at hosting companies where the students needed to presentate their work at the company in german language. The students had to make work log every day and then presented to the hosting partners. All the students got an Europass Mobility certificate.
