Tanulás határok nélkül - magyar-észt együttműködés
Start date: Jun 1, 2014, End date: May 31, 2015 PROJECT  FINISHED

During the fall of year 2013 ceramic teachers of two schools, Jaschik Álmos Vocational School of Art and Design and the Art and Crafts Secondary School and College participated in a professional visit at the institute of Kuressaare Regional Training Centre to deepen the co-operation between the Hungarian and Estonian schools. During the visit our teachers looked over what could be the mobility options for the students and built up the basis of a high level sustainable professional programme that takes into consideration the professional quality assurance frame of the European Union. The professional portfolio of the two Hungarian schools is similar. The professional field comprise design, glassware art, ceramics, plastic art, photograph, decorative painting in both schools. The pupil enrolment district is different though. The enrolment district of the Jaschik Álmos Vocational School of Art and Design is the 9th district and the conurbation (mainly the smaller villages and cities nearby the local train), while the Art and Crafts Secondary School and College enrol pupils from the inner town of Budapest. However, both schools are committed to help the students to ease their future success on the labour market. In order to reach that goal, we try to assure the professional knowledge and experience even in fields where, nowadays, is hard to succeed: ceramics, photograph. In this process an important aspect is to define the common values of our schools, to work out the criteria system of the professional training. During the last year’s professional visit these aspects were highlighted to our fellow teachers at the Kuressaare Regional Traning Centre, and are the basis of the detailed professional programme our students intend to accomplish when they go on training abroad.
