Dance as the way of social elicitation... Why dance? Well, we believe that dance is an ideal way of non-verbal communication, which everyone understands. Therefore, we use it as a means to personal and social development. The overall project duration is 3 months. The target youth exchange will take 7 days and it will be in the Świętokrzyskie . The aims of the project are: exchange of knowledge and cultural experiences, to show the influence of dance on the development of society, dance as a way of healthy life, discover qualities of dance and show the impact of dance on employee competence, learn to dance as a way to explore the cultural differences, integration of the participants through dance, to gain new friendships and overcome European cultural stereotypes, distribute physical and social activity among young people, stimulation of participation in the social life of young people. The project will be attended by 28 participants from 4 countries - Polish, Spain, Italy and Bulgaria. Each group consists of 6 (3 women and 3 men) and the national dance instructor at the age of 17 - 30 years. Participants were recruited on the basis of the following skills and personal qualities: interest in dance, openness, creativity, overcoming their own weaknesses, such as shame, locks before public appearances. We turned the attention to the English language and the ability of social dialogue. During the 7 - day replacement, which will be held from 08.09.2014 to 14.09.2014 we want to achieve: dance classes one of the folk dances of each country . We will organize thematic discussions about: ways of social inclusion, equaling opportunities for various groups and the role of dance in enhancing the competence of the labor market, themed evenings about culture and customs of different countries, integration games, fun movement exercises to stimulate creativity and relieve stress. During workshops we will use the following training methods: brainstorming, mental map, drama, staging, open space, world café and methods of integrating the group. The result of the project will be gained skills in the field of dance and interpersonal communication by its participants. They also learn about the culture and customs of the partner countries. In this way, increase their awareness of active participation in social life and learn to motivate others to take the attitude of a pro - society. Potential long-term benefits will create opportunities and attention need to deepen knowledge of the culture and customs of other countries and to stimulate the real long-term social activity.
