Every person has a right to have education in terms of fundamental human rights. Such as individuals with normal development, there are also special needs education for the rights of individuals. These individuals, full or part-time education in mainstream educational institutions are applied. Educating children in need of special education, among their normal peers, for the integration of educational and social aspects in formal or informal education institutions is called inclusive education (mainstreaming educational) For individuals with special needs, to create desired behaviour, to provide the use of his interests and abilities in the best way, to make it easier to live in the community, teachers need effective classroom management and educational techniques and programs appropriate to special education policy. They must behave in a positive approach to the individual. To achieve these aims, teaching staff must develop their qualifications and the problems in education should be solved. "There is no problem that can not be solved in life, as long as you have the determination to solve the problem and faith” This saying above encouraged us to take the very first step into this project. Education means developing the individual, not filling in the memory” “The purpose of education is not to fill the memory is to develop the individual. Mark Twain mentioned above, we, educators need to improve ourselves more than being filled up with unnecessary information. We need innovative and open minded educators to provide high quality education to every boy or girl and disabled children in our country. "I am learning for my students." "There is not even a single person we can afford to fail on education." Sayings above have created a purpose for our project. Our Project is for our school’s teaching staffs who are in charge of the training of the full-time inclusive education (mainstreaming educational) students. Our project participants, will be selected among our school’s 45 training staffs who are willing to participate in the project activities. There will be two management personnels, one student advisor, six cultural class lecturers and six vocational course lecturers in a group of fifteen participants. As part of our .Project; College education staff of fifteen people, with regard to inclusive education practices in -Braga Portugal in the program countries, the course provider cerci in private educational institutions "education of the disabled" on seven participate in the daily course schedule. Our participants will receive training on inclusive education (mainstreaming Education) techniques, they will visit the schools and perform practical workshops. Our project mobility will take place in the first week of February, in 2017, and will continue nine days long with the journey time. Our project duration is twelve months. Our project; our participants, develop personal and professional aspects of skills and competencies, pedagogical basis for the acquisition of appropriate interpersonal skills, reach and a European approach to realize the necessity of learning a foreign language to create and intercultural aimed to establish dialogue.
