The main area of application of the learning outcomes of disadvantaged students represent inequalities reduction, strengthening the teacher's professional career. The main applicant and its partners are the Farkaslaki Tamasi Aron Elementary School and Gyergyószentmiklós "Vaskertes" Primary School high or increasing disadvantaged students engaged. Among them, more and more the Roma pupils, where under the management of social disadvantage must recognize the elements of Roma traditions and culture. The high proportion of disadvantaged students require to prepare students for further progress and the new life, the base for families living in extreme poverty, taking into account the needs and requirements. Based on the adoption of social institutions and families in-depth, placed in special funds. A very small percentage of disadvantaged students gain vocational qualifications (vocational certificate), GCSE institutions and even fewer are carried out. For these reasons grow the lag in the multiply disadvantaged population and reproduce the social problems. It is feared that can not meet the the professional needs what created by the economic development, so only a small number of them can continue to enter the labor market. Unemployment among multiple disadvantaged families was as high as 90%. Many suffer from under-educated generation of unemployed people. Our goal is to end this long-term position, disadvantaged and multiply disadvantaged students need a positive vision of the scope of reality, after they can and will want to be able help on themselves. That is why we think it is important to develop the upper grade students in a program, which focuses particularly on the guidance in addition to the complex personality development. FIND YOURSELF - GUIDANCE curriculum development using ICT tools in the upper secondary grades. This made up of three parts: MY FAMILY IS MY FRIEND - Clubs Professions for the parents and maybe for the brothers MODULE SYSTEM - afternoon leisure occupations FIND YOURSELF - GUIDANCE curriculum development, which will be incorporated into the lessons to teachers. Program activities by binding to develop the students' receptivity and flexibility. Contribute through human activities, experiences and experienced trades, professions and walks of life conscious awareness of the students choose a school, highlighting the role of the individual and the responsibility of designing the life, organising, and it also strengthens the motivation for learning. For this program we drawn up the teacher training in parallel. The suitability verification of the teachers also measure the development of self-measuring instruments. Each program element is measured and evaluated the activity of the target group. Meanwhile, every three months consultation will be happen, between the two school teachers, which is always linked with exchange of experience. We will use Skype of every day working. An important part of our program that is not only theory, but in practice also plays an important role. On the basis of quality, according to the PDCA cycle, after the practical soultions, we improving, correcting any seemingly impossible task items. This practical test provides that the program is feasible. At the end of the program, a curriculum is created that can be used in all schools, where the treatment of the disadvantages considered important career preparation. Sustainability and the dissemination according to the action plan and the timetable. Our goal is to not only stay in the partner institutions mentioned in this program, but the more they spread in the regions first, and then after in national and European level. This program looking for the answer to the problems which appear everywhere.
