Statistics shows that the need for qualified nurses will increase crucially in the next years. Nursing will be one of the biggest offer for employment.Studies shows the difficulties nurses are actually confronted with. Healthcare professionals in developed countries blame their malaise not on a shortage of the latest technology, or insuficient training, or poor work environments, but on factors such as understafing (42%), stress levels (39%), paperwork (32%), high levels of administrative work(32%),and poor management(31%). (the Economist)The project Take Care developped training tools and methodologies which can help to raise the competence level of these professional groups in three preselected fields: Management, Health and Safety, soft skills. These three thematics are correponding to the main difficulties explained by the professionals.The innovative learning modules are ICT based (www.takecare-project.eu), an e-handbook describing innovative management tools can be downloaded for free in all partner languages; health and safety regulations, soft skills training adapted to the needs of the target group is available as online training.For on site training don't hesitate to upload the mgame on apple store or google play: TAKE CARE EU, which helps to increase soft skills for Caregivers.All project partners created a network with national institutions, competence oriented approach allows mutual recognition of training and qualifications. The project Take Care concerns all citizen, firtstable the target group, professionals of the health sector, but also all people who need or will need for health service.
