The youth exchange will take place during seven days in Ånäset, Sweden. The participating countries are Sweden, Armenia, Georgia, Portugal and Ireland. The total number of participants are 30. The theme is antidiscrimination and European awareness and the project aims to discover and challenge norms in the society which is based on ethnicity, gender, disability and HBTQ. During the project we will explore the norms itself, instead of those who don't fit into the norms.Objectives:- Raise awareness of norms in the society based on gender, ethnicity, disability and HBTQ.- Develop the young people ideas and thoughts about how discrimination can be tackled in their local community - Promote anti-discrimination and inclusion of all kinds of people-Build bridges between young people in Europe and neighboring countries- Boost the youngster’s self-esteem and creativity The methodology will be based on non-formal learning and the activities will include theater, working in pairs and small groups, team building, case studies, simulation games, open space lectures, visits, discussions and artistic expressions.We use the environment and nature as a pedagogical approach and many of the activities will take place outdoor.
