The "Project A school of 21stcentury – how to teach successfully" corresponds with requirements of our school. It has been created for teachers who want to upgrade and broaden their skills because they know that it is absolutely necessary. Participants of the project are aware that they have to gain knowledge and exchange experiences all time if they want to create a modern and attractive school. The main objects of the project are; improving the quality of school work, increasing an offer of courses and extra classes, promoting of lifelong learning, running innovative programmes (e.g.health-care, patriotic, educational).The most important is the effective implementation of the new methodological and organizational solutions. A wide range of the teacher training will help to adopt different approches to teaching, educating and management. All staff of the school is going to take part in this project. 20 teacher swill go abroad to attend different courses, seminars and workshops and then relay new knowledge and skills to other participants of the project. In this way all teachers could benefit from this undertaking. Competences gained by all staff will enable: - to use new, more attractive and successful teaching methods and tools, - to support all students in learning process, - to individualize students’ learning, - to awaken, stimulate and develop students’ interests, - to motivate students to act in different activities, - to organize interesting events, contests etc., - to create favourable school environment, - to promote life long learning, - to improve school management. A very important result of the project will be improving language competences. All education staff will achieve fluency in foreign languages. Teachers will have a chance to contact with people working at European schools, exchange experiences, for gelinks .All teachers will receive certificates (Europass – mobility). The mobility project for school education staff will be a challenge and a new experience tour teachers. Attendance at courses abroad will provide teachers with new approaches and make them feel strong and full energy again (protect from burnout). The project will make all staff more confident. It will improve the quality of their job and image of our school – the school of 21stcentury.
