Szakmai gyakorlat teszi a mestert
Start date: Jun 1, 2015, End date: May 31, 2017 PROJECT  FINISHED

The project called ’Professional training makes the master’ gives the opportunity for our students in medical care to have their summer professional training abroad. The aim of the project for the students is to acquire practical experience and theoretical knowledge therefore being able to meet the expectations for the labour market of the EU. After returning home, our students are able to use the knowledge acquired abroad, improve professional and language skills with personal and practical skills in order to become competitive in the European labour market. The acquired knowledge is shared with their fellow students, which is a highly motivating factor among them. During the project teachers can take over and share methods with their colleagues and even can get into the local schedule and pedagogical program of the school. The project can form a base for further future cooperation ensuring a long-term euroconform training for our students and an improvement in the prestige of our school. During the project in July 2015, 6 students travel to Berlin, a teacher with them during the first week. The second term to Berlin takes place in August 2016 with 10 students, a teacher with them during the last week. During the first term the role of the teacher is to be a mentor, while in the second one is to have a monitoring role. The host institution undertakes the supervision and assessment of the training of our students. Ensures accommodation and meal for them and organizes free time activities. Furthermore it undertakes both text reviews and assessment in grades according to the Hungarian educational assessment regulation. Dissemination will take place in spring in 2017. The results of the project will be published and spread both locally and regionally as well as on the level of European and national forums to enable the preparations of other projects for the future.
