The overall objective of the project is creating a unit for intervention for increasing the capacity of the management and reaction of the interventions in the cases of civil emergency caused by natural or anthropic disasters or in case of medical emergency, in Moisei Commune and in Seredne Vodiane (Apşa de Mijloc) commune. Expected Results: Estimated results: prevention and intervention capacity increase of the local authorities in emergencies management in Moisei and Seredne Vodiane (Apşa de Mijloc) village; better aid management for affected people; decrease of the material and human damages caused by disasters with at least 5% per year; better authoritys reaction capacity in situations which require intervention estimated in time per intervention; Population Civic empowering and the culture of a participatory behaviour before, during and after disaster occurrence with at least 5% per year; better authoritys reaction capacity in situations which require intervention estimated in time per intervention; Population Civic empowering and the culture of a participatory behaviour before, during and after disaster occurrence.
