Światowidowy kurs na edukację
Start date: 01 Aug 2016,
End date: 30 Sep 2017
Our project is addressed to 12 employees of the Centrum Spotkań Europejskich "Światowid" in Elblag. Its effects will have a big impact on all cultural activities carried out by our institution, which will favorably affect our beneficieries, including adults and people from more marginalized communities (the poor, the unemployed, refugees, migrants). The aim of our project is to expand the cultural offer of our institution with new activities for people threatened by the risk of social exclusion. We want to become a modern and creative institution where every person will be able to fulfill their dreams, develop talents and improve their skills. We know how to do it! By increasing the qualifications and skills as well as broadening horizons and increasing the motivation of our employees we introduce new innovative ideas that will attract new customers for our actions. Our employees should have active contact with employees of other cultural institutions to promote and share their own experiences. Participation in the project and the training course will equip our employees with the right tools, techniques and forms of work. That will help us to initiate new, attractive offer adapted for residents’ needs. Participants will take part in English language course, preparatory courses and visits to foreign cultural institutions. Their acquired knowledge and skills will be shared with other workers in the cultural industry and local environment. There will be new ideas, new workshops programs and new cultural events. Moreover, the participation in the project will improve language skills of the employees of the "Światowid" Centre in Elbląg, which will contribute to more frequent contacts and initiating new international events. This will affect the image of our institution, which will be seen in the local and regional environment as a modern and prosperous cultural institution focused on the residents’ needs.
