SWEET Life - Solar and Water Energy Entering Tendency
Start date: Jun 1, 2015, End date: Jan 31, 2016 PROJECT  FINISHED

An 11 days’ event with a titel of „SWEET Life - Solar and Water Energy Entering Tendency” will be organised in Sarud in county Heves with 30 young participants and 6 people accompanying them. The participants would arrive from disadvantaged areas of Romania, Slovakia and Hungary. In the selection process we maintained an even gender distribution and the participants would be with different educational background. During the organisation phase we have been in regular contact with our partners in order to guarantee the successful execution of the project. We will develop the participants’ competencies through non-formal and informal education. The aim is to explore and provide a solution to the problem of decreasing global energy supply resources. The project helps the children to get to know their regions better, also see how important role they play in their area. Good examples such as beer collector, solar food dehydrator, sun collector and barrage will be presented to the children. This helps them to explore and exploit their opportunities, also to pass this knowledge on. By the end of the 11 days’ program the participants might look back to evaluate their previous knowledge of energy consumption and be a more conscious energy user for the future.
