Projects background is youths want to internationalise. Local youth services are making the interchange possible.Projects concrete goal is healthy lifestyle and knowledge about the differences between food cultures.The amount of participants is 30 young people and 6 supervisors/leaders. Youngsters ages are between 14-17 years. Youngsters that are taking part in the project are from small municipalities and all finnish participants youngsters studies in comprehensive school.Project is about youth exchange that have an impact on youngsters social skills and tolerance. The main idea is to eat healthy food and to do lots of exercise. Learning to eat new foods and to know new culture. Youngsters gets social and linqual skills. Youngsters can have courage to travel and heading to study abroad. Exchanges could be continued in future.
