Supporting Vocational Teachers and Trainers In e-Learning – (e)VET2EDU

General aim of the project is to support trainers and teachers from VET sector in implementation of dynamic, open and innovative methods by adapting and transferring validated e-learning course for vocational schools and training sector. The course is available as open resource in 9 languages together with the facilitator’s handbook. It enables teachers and institutions to integrate them with new qualification framework and current teaching practice. The project outcomes are numerous:- EN version of open e-learning course and facilitator’s manual adapted from the Polish context and translated into EN- freely available national version of the adapted e-learning course and facilitator’s manual in partners languages.- Report on VET teachers and trainers requirements and needs towards e-learning.- Workshop scenario and 2-3 workshops in each country delivered to VET sectorThe project has also increased didactic and digital competences of VET trainers and teachers and has risen awareness of online educational solutions based on innovative pedagogy. Further dissemination of innovative methods and approaches has achieved as the trained VET educators are prepared for participation in train-the-trainers activities in VET sector. Additionally, a high quality e-learning course is directly influence the training of e-skills in learners.Finally, the project has contributed to increasing the visibility and role of VET in regular education system and lifelong learning.
