Context: Learning mobility of individuals (KA-1) Number of participants: 1 Profile: - Working Experience at Hospital´s Schools: at least 3 academic years - Teaching Degree: Psychologist or Educational Psychology degree - IT skills: european or spanish official qualification, or at least a year as IT Coordinator at School - Speaker experience: at least at one national or international congress or conference - Fluent in English: European or Spanish official qualification: Intermediated level Prospectus: Participation in the 10th Congress of HOPE (Hospital Organisation of Pedagogues in Europe) Methodology: Active participation at the congress Impact and Long Life pluses: * Regarding teachers: improving teacher motivation; expand knowledge and intervention strategies; meet new professionals at European level; improve the qualificationof teachers; improve and expand language skills * With respect to the educational organization: improving education classroom attention to students and their families, and relationships with medical and health personnel; overcome cultural and linguistic differences of learners with special educational needs; improve our internationalization strategy through projects of European cooperation; to create awareness of the educational authorities to facilitate congresses, conferences and exchange of experiences of staff care for the sick and convalescent students, in turn facilitating the attendance and participation of teachers in the same hospital classrooms statewide and European; creating a common platform teachers hospital schools and centers where are these hospital schools
